Dina Fradkin graduated from Rutgers with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in General History. As a first-generation American, she has a passion for examining cultural, sociological, & socio-economic factors by exploring discrepancies in education and healthcare within the realm of research. Currently, at Cornerstone, Dina leads the wellness initiatives and services provided to Ukrainian refugees with a focus on cultural adjustment and transitions through resettlement. As a fluent Russian speaker, she presents programs, support groups, and manages liguistically and culturally competent initiatives designed to assist recently resettled forced migrants. In addition to her refugee work, Dina also presents general workshops and programs, assists with grant--writing, and facilitates many other administrative tasks in numerous areas at Cornerstone..
