Dina Fradkin graduated from Rutgers with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in General History. As a first-generation American, she has a passion for examining cultural, sociological, & socio-economic factors by exploring discrepancies in education and healthcare within the realm of research. Currently, at Cornerstone, Dina leads the wellness initiatives and services provided to Ukrainian refugees with a focus on cultural adjustment and transitions through resettlement. As a fluent Russian speaker, she presents programs, support groups, and manages linguistically and culturally competent initiatives designed to assist recently resettled forced migrants. She also serves as the Spanish Team Lead for Cornerstone's 2024-2025 project with the International Rescue Committee (IRC). In addition to her refugee work, Dina also acts as Cornerstone's Finance Coordinator, along with presenting general workshops and programs, assisting with grant--writing, and facilitating several other administrative tasks.
