Rasha Abousalem is a humanitarian aid worker who has visited over 40 refugee camp sites since 2014. She has delivered aid and assistance for underprivileged, refugee, and indigenous populations throughout the ME, Europe, South Asia, and the Americas. She has an MA in International Relations and a certificate in International Security, both from Harvard University. She has done extensive research on the sexual exploitation of unaccompanied refugee boys and sexual-gender based violence against males. She is also an adjunct professor, teaching a course on international conflict resolution, and a volunteer with the American Red Cross presenting on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and Rules of War. She will serve as both an Arabic Interventionist & Presenter and Refugee Resilience Trainer.
