Sidra Afzal-Baqai completed her BA in Psychology, Communication, and Sociology. She completed her Master's degree in Developmental Psychology through the Islamic Perspective at the International Islamic University of Malaysia.
She is certified in Mental Health First Aid, Psychological First Aid, Life Coaching, and Spiritual Counseling. She holds a diploma in Arabic and Islamic studies from AREES University and The Maqasid Foundation.
She recently completed The Islamic Psychology Diploma from the Cambridge Muslim College and is pursuing certification from the IAIP Board as an Islamic Psychologist. She is also currently pursuing her Alimiyah Degree.
She works as an Interventionist and Spiritual Counselor at Cornerstone and as an Islamic educator at YMj Institute.
