As an Emotional Wellness Interventionist and Presenter, you will provide virtual intervention sessions, lead virtual support groups, and conduct on-site and virtual workshops on emotional wellness in specific language. You will work closely with clients to identify their unique emotional needs and provide effective solutions to improve their mental health. This position requires you to be comfortable working virtually and on-site where travel will be covered.

You will work closely with clients to identify their unique emotional needs and provide effective solutions to improve their mental health. This position requires you to be comfortable working virtually and on-site where travel will be covered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site workshops on emotional wellness in Spanish for one to two hours each at different sites two to four times a month.
- Provide virtual intervention sessions for clients in need of emotional support for one hour each, with a weekly commitment of 2-3 sessions.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their emotional needs and develop effective strategies to improve their mental health.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress, including notes and assessments.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Complete mandatory training in the Cornerstone intervention method.
- Experience in conducting workshops, intervention sessions, and support groups for individuals experiencing emotional distress.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work virtually and on-site with flexibility to travel regularly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Self-starter who can work independently or in a team environment.
- Familiarity with common mental health issues and interventions.
